Plugin and theme developers do the same. Managing these changes can be time-consuming and a little bit scary – what happens if something goes wrong!?
On top that, you may well find that your business is changing too – perhaps you want to add new features for your users, or maybe you don’t have time to publish posts or update content.
Not to worry. We offer ad-hoc support when you need it, and have three WordPress support plans to make sure that your site is secure, updated and stress-free.

If you occasionally need support for bits and bobs, there’s no need to sign up to a monthly plan. Instead, get in touch as and when you need help, we’ll support you, and we’ll charge you based on the time you use.
Whether you need help with plugins or design or simple blog updates or some training, we’re happy to help.
£95 / hour (minimum charge 15 minutes)
Fabulous Four
Our 4-hour support plan gives everything that you get in the Gold plan, plus security management (thanks to its popularity, WordPress is a target for hackers – I can secure your site and keep hackers out!) and 4 hours of support time that you can use for training, calls, support or to instruct me to make tweaks and tunes to your site. If the worst happens and your site goes down, I’ll also recover your site up to two times each month.

Our 6-hour support plan gives everything that you get in the Shiny Gold plan, plus uptime monitoring so that you know the minute your site goes down, 6 hours of development or training time, plus unlimited telephone and email support if you get stuck. If the worst happens and your site goes down, I’ll also recover your site as many times as needed from the most recent backup.
